“Pankaj Saxena” about the Kuhn Rikon 3342 Stainless-Steel pressure cooker:

In the last 10 years I have used about 4 or 5 pressure cookers and now I use this one. I am really happy with it, because it is very good at evenly distributing the heat at the beginning of the cooking phase. Both construction and finish of this cooker are very good, completely made from stainless-steel with a thick aluminum plate at the bottom. This cooker is well worth the money!

The Good
  • Great heat distribution thanks to aluminum plate
  • Well constructed with 18 / 10 Stainless-Steel
  • 2-level pressure indicator
The Bad
  • You’ll need some experience to get used to a pressure cooker

At the end,

I believe that this is one of those high-quality pressure cookers that deserve my full recommendation! With its 5 built in safety system it is absolutely safe to use. The thick aluminum plate at the bottom helps distributing the heat very well so nothing will burn, as long as you use the proper amount of water or cooking liquid.
